Kirill Shpin 5abba20156 ARM: dts: msm: add panel configs for MTP and QRD ...

Adds panel configuration blocks for panels that aren't physically
on Pakala MTP and QRD to their respective device tree files. This
enables using these panels in simulation mode on these devices.
