ARM: dts: msm: Adjust USB redriver DP EQ settings

Based on the DisplayPort CTS PHY test, current EQ settings were not
sufficient to pass the test margins.  Adjust the EQ from 2dB to 0dB as
recommended by the display team based on the results.
