Paul Mundt f47adbb988 sh: Conver to asm-generic/sizes.h. ...

A trivial conversion for the most part. EDOSK7760 is special, but uses a
non-power-of-2-aligned size, so just drop the SZ_xx helper and open-code
it for the sake of simplicity.
