Revert "selftests/bpf: freplace tests for tracking of changes_packet_data"
This reverts commit 70234fbfa2
which is
commit 89ff40890d8f12a7d7e93fb602cc27562f3834f0 upstream.
It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
