Sneh Mankad a14fb74064 ARM: dts: msm: Add CRM nodes for tuna
Add Camera, Display, PCIe CESTA nodes for tuna. Also disable
them in RUMI till validations are completed.

Also rename the syscon device to avoid naming conflicts.
