David Collins 511ad7ba3b bindings: soc: qcom: add QTI charger ulog glink 
QTI charger ulog glink device helps to get ulogs from charging
and gauging stack by communicating with charger firmware running
on the remote subsystem (e.g. DSP) over PMIC Glink.
