Add the UFS's VCCQ2 parent regulator information so that
the software can perform load voting on this regulator.

Add boot_device_type support and flag non-removable
for ufs node to check if the boot device is emmc or ufs.
Remove qcom,ufs-dev-revert to identify ufs device Version.

For backward compatibility for parrot target, add
qcom,force-low-pwm-size property to limit setting PWM sizes to
6 and 9 bit modes only, rather than using the full 8 to 15 bit
PWM sizes range.
