Enables adsp loader to trigger adsp ssr through
/sys/kernel/boot_adsp/ssr.
Remove property qcom,adsp-state to skip loading
adsp through /sys/kernel/boot_adsp/boot.

Disable the clk stop mode sequence for BT soundwire master.
BT soundwire master doesn't have retention policy and hence
clock stop mode cannot be implemented.
Also the behaviour is consistent with BT Slimbus implementation
with clock stop mode disabled.
