5abba20156 ARM: dts: msm: add panel configs for MTP and QRD 
Adds panel configuration blocks for panels that aren't physically
on Pakala MTP and QRD to their respective device tree files. This
enables using these panels in simulation mode on these devices.

e3b7d16634 ARM: dts: msm: dsi: enable sun platforms 
Adds initial dts nodes for CDP, MTP, RCM platforms.
Also adds the common, display common, and pinctrl configurations.
