Add updateMissingHeading() function to toggle #missingMovies heading between 'Media'/'Medien' based on document.documentElement.lang. Call on page load and after #languageToggle click with setTimeout(0) to ensure DOM updates. Add .missing-table styles with table-layout:fixed and transform:none/animation:none on tbody tr to disable row animations and hover effects.
