nessi 10bf5c32d3 feat: add active download count badge to downloads navigation tab with auto-hide when zero 
Add download-nav-count span to downloads nav button with hidden class and downloadNavCount id. Update renderDownloads() to extract active_count from data, update badge text content, and toggle hidden class based on count. Add fetchDownloads() call on page load to populate initial badge state.
