e3q: Get udfps working

Before enrolling your fingerprint run this command: echo "fod_enable,1,1,0" > /sys/devices/virtual/sec/tsp/cmd You might have to try enrolling multiple times if it doesn't work the first try Change-Id: I3acf48ebef74cd00205e3e47572ed73a9faa37d9
