Goal

Make releases repeatable and low-risk.

Scope

  • On version tag: build/push backend & frontend images.
  • Generate/publish release notes.
  • Keep latest + version tags consistent.

Acceptance Criteria

  • One tag produces complete releasable artifacts.
  • Process documented.
