Goal

Ensure all critical query paths work across supported Postgres versions.

Scope

• Expand smoke checks for collector and overview queries.
• Cover optional and fallback query paths.

Acceptance Criteria

• CI matrix green for PostgreSQL 14,15,16,17,18.
• Failures show clear diagnostics.
