Goal

Core pages remain usable across common viewport sizes.

Scope

  • Dashboard, Targets, Target Detail, Alerts, Admin, Service Info.
  • Fix clipping/overflow/hover artifacts.

Acceptance Criteria

  • No blocking layout issues on desktop/laptop/tablet widths.
