Replace gradle/actions/setup-gradle with manual Gradle 8.8 installation to resolve compatibility issues. Pin all frontend dependencies to specific versions instead of using 'latest' for reproducible builds. Update TypeScript moduleResolution to 'Bundler' and add Vite client types.
